These Terms of Service (“Terms”) form a legal agreement between you and Digital DirAction, a marketing agency registered in Dubai, UAE (“we”, “our”). By accessing this website or engaging our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

2. Website use

You agree to use digitaldiraction.com only for lawful purposes. You will not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorised access to our systems or the site's admin area.
• Scrape, mirror, or automate mass extraction of content.
• Submit false information through our forms, or use them to distribute spam.
• Upload or transmit any harmful code, malware, or infringing material.

3. Intellectual property

All content on this website — including text, imagery, video, code, branding, and the Digital DirAction name and marks — is our property or used with permission. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or create derivative works without our written consent.

4. Client work

Services engaged separately (through a signed proposal, statement of work, or master services agreement) are governed by that document, which takes precedence over these Terms in the event of conflict. In summary:

• Deliverables become the client's property upon full payment of the relevant invoice.
• We retain the right to feature the work in our portfolio unless the client asks in writing to opt out.
• Third-party assets (stock media, fonts, licensed music) are subject to their own licences and cost pass-through where applicable.

5. Payments and refunds

Payment terms are set in each engagement contract. Late payments may incur suspension of services. Refunds are governed by our Refund Policy.

6. Confidentiality

Information exchanged during a project — including briefs, strategies, and business data — is treated as confidential and used only to deliver the engagement.

7. Limitation of liability

We take reasonable care to keep the website accurate and available, but do not warrant that it will always be free of errors or interruption. To the maximum extent permitted by UAE law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising from your use of the website or our services is limited to the fees you have paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

9. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the Emirate of Dubai. Disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Dubai courts.
