• Enquiry data, the name, email, phone number, company, project details and preferences you submit through our Start a Project, Contact, or Free Direction Audit forms.
• Newsletter data, the email address you provide when you subscribe.
• Technical data, anonymised device / browser information and IP address, used to detect abuse (e.g. reCAPTCHA scoring, rate limiting) and improve site performance.

How we use it

• To respond to your enquiry and produce a proposal for the services you asked about.
• To send you the resources or reports you requested (e.g. the Free Direction Audit).
• To send you our newsletter, if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time via the link in every email.
• To protect the site from spam and abuse, using reCAPTCHA and rate limits.
• To comply with legal, accounting, and regulatory obligations in the UAE.

Legal basis

Where GDPR applies, we rely on your consent for marketing communications, contract necessity when producing work you have engaged us for, and our legitimate interest in securing and improving the website. Where UAE PDPL applies, we process personal data with your consent and for lawful business purposes.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with:

• Supabase, our database provider, which stores your form submissions and newsletter subscription.
• Hostinger, our hosting provider.
• Google reCAPTCHA, to verify that form submissions are not automated.
• Email delivery providers used to send you replies and confirmations.
• Authorities and professional advisors where legally required.

How long we keep it

Enquiry data is retained for up to 24 months so we can follow up on projects and respond to renewed interest. Newsletter data is kept until you unsubscribe. Anonymised technical logs are kept for up to 90 days.

Your rights

You have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you.
• Ask us to correct it if it is inaccurate.
• Ask us to delete it (subject to legal retention obligations).
• Withdraw consent for marketing communications at any time.
• Lodge a complaint with your local data protection authority.

Security

The site is served over HTTPS with HSTS enabled. Form submissions are protected by Google reCAPTCHA and rate limiting. Access to our database is restricted, audited, and covered by Row-Level Security policies.
