How much does medical marketing cost in Dubai in 2026?

Honest 2026 pricing bands for medical marketing in Dubai: dental, aesthetic, dermatology, specialist clinics, and multi-location groups. What the retainer buys, what the media floor should be, and the common pricing traps.

How much does medical marketing cost in Dubai in 2026?

Medical marketing in Dubai is priced across a wide band because the delivery model varies: some agencies ship generic social posts and call it medical marketing, others run full DHA-reviewed content pipelines with a dedicated compliance officer. The number alone tells you nothing; what the retainer actually includes is the question that matters. Here's how real 2026 pricing breaks down.

Dental practices

Single-location dental: AED 10,000-18,000 per month retainer, plus AED 10,000-30,000 media. Multi-location dental groups (3+ branches): AED 20,000-45,000 retainer. Specialist cosmetic / implant / orthodontic practices: AED 15,000-35,000 because the content production is heavier (treatment-specific education, consent-based before/after).

Aesthetic clinics

Single-location aesthetic: AED 10,000-20,000 retainer, AED 10,000-30,000 media. Clinics with 2-3 practitioners: AED 15,000-30,000. Premium / multi-location aesthetic groups: AED 25,000-60,000. Aesthetic retainers run higher than dental on average because Instagram production volume is higher (3-4 Reels per week minimum).

Dermatology and skin clinics

Single-location dermatology: AED 12,000-22,000 retainer plus AED 10,000-25,000 media. The content mix leans more educational (skin condition explainers, treatment pathways) which needs practitioner on-camera time, factored into the retainer.

Specialist clinics (fertility, orthopaedic, cardiology, cosmetic surgery)

AED 20,000-50,000 per month retainer. These verticals need longer sales cycles, dedicated landing pages per procedure, patient-journey content, and typically a lead-nurture email programme. Media spend varies widely depending on procedure volume targets, from AED 15,000 for a boutique clinic to AED 80,000+ for high-volume cosmetic surgery practices.

Hospitals and large medical groups

AED 50,000-150,000 per month and up. At this level you're buying a full in-house-adjacent marketing team: dedicated account director, DHA compliance officer, content producer, media buyer, SEO lead, and reporting analyst. Hospital-side marketing is also multi-vertical (OB/GYN, paediatrics, cardiology, orthopaedics each with distinct audiences) which multiplies production volume.

What a legitimate medical retainer includes

In-house DHA / MOHAP compliance review (not outsourced). Monthly content calendar with practitioner-led video. Managed Google Business Profile with weekly posts and review-response SLA. Paid media management on Meta + Google with health-category expertise. Monthly reporting that includes cost per new patient, not just impressions and reach. Website / landing page updates. On-site consultation at least quarterly.

The media floor you should budget separately

Retainer covers the team. Media spend is separate and goes directly to Meta / Google / portals. For a Dubai medical practice to generate meaningful attributable new-patient volume, the realistic media floor is AED 10,000 per month for a single-location practice, AED 20,000-40,000 for a specialist clinic, and AED 40,000+ for a multi-location group. Anything below AED 5,000 media spend doesn't generate enough conversion data for the algorithm to optimise.

Three common medical marketing pricing traps

(1) The AED 3,000-5,000 ‘medical marketing’ retainer. At that price nobody can afford a DHA compliance review, which means your license is at risk every time something publishes. (2) ‘All-inclusive’ packages that bundle media spend with retainer, which hides the actual media budget and typically underfunds it. (3) Agencies pitching based on ‘number of posts per month’, which optimises for the wrong KPI (posts are inputs, patient bookings are outputs).

What you should expect in month 3

By month 3 of a legitimate engagement: Google review count up by at least 40-80, Google Business Profile ranking improved on your primary keyword, documented cost per new patient from paid channels, a visible content library on social, zero Google Ads suspensions, zero Meta ads policy violations, and a monthly report that explains what shipped, what the numbers were, and what changes next month.
