Paid partnerships · Usage rights · Covers measured
Food Influencer Marketing
in Dubai.
Micro-influencer casting that actually converts, paid partnerships with proper usage rights so the content keeps running as ads, and campaigns measured in covers and delivery orders — not likes.
Where we move the needle
Five levers that make influencer campaigns actually work.
Casting against audience, not follower count
We short-list influencers whose actual audience overlaps your target diner, verified via tool-based audience data (location, age, engagement authenticity). A 15k-follower account with 85% Dubai-local, F&B-engaged audience beats a 200k generalist every time.
Paid partnerships with usage rights
Every brief includes rights to repurpose the content as paid Meta and TikTok ads for 90 days minimum. The partnership keeps delivering ROI long after the organic post peaks.
Daypart-aware campaign timing
Launches scheduled against the daypart you need to fill (brunch content Saturday morning, dinner content Thursday evening). The influencer post, your organic amplification, and the paid retargeting all stack on the same window.
Attribution via unique codes
Every influencer gets a unique discount code or booking link. Reservations and delivery orders in the 72 hours after a post go directly to that influencer's attribution. Vanity metrics stop, business metrics start.
Long-term ambassador layering
Alongside one-off posts, we build 3-12 month ambassador relationships with 1-2 creators per brand. Repeat association compounds trust in a way one-off placements never do.
Common questions
Questions, answered
Nano-influencers (1k-10k followers): AED 500-2,000 per post plus a meal. Micro (10k-80k): AED 2,000-8,000 per post. Mid-tier (80k-250k): AED 8,000-25,000. Macro (250k+): AED 25,000-150,000+. Usage rights (so you can boost the content as paid ads afterwards) usually add 30-100% on top. Full campaigns of 5-10 influencers run AED 25,000-150,000 depending on tier.
Micro-influencers (10k-80k followers) consistently outperform larger accounts on engagement rate and cost-per-cover for Dubai restaurants. The audience is denser, more local, and more likely to actually visit. Macro-tier is useful for brand-building moments (new openings, major launches) but rarely for sustained acquisition economics.
Three real metrics: reservations attributed to the campaign (via unique promo code or landing page), delivery orders in the 72 hours after a post goes live (via unique Talabat/Deliveroo discount code), and new follower overlap between the influencer and your brand account. Likes and comments are vanity. We report on all three in every campaign.
National Media Council requires any paid partnership to be disclosed with #Ad or #Sponsored visibly in the first line of the caption. Audio voiceover must disclose. UAE licensing applies to the influencer themselves (they need a UAE influencer license from NMC for anything over USD 2,000 in a calendar year of sponsored content). We handle compliance inside every brief.
Both. One-off posts are useful for launches and specific campaigns. Long-term ambassadors (3-12 month paid partnerships) build compound effect — the audience sees the same creator consistently associating with your brand, and trust compounds. For most restaurants, a mix of one or two long-term ambassadors plus 5-8 one-off posts per quarter works better than either in isolation.
